<br/>Argentina Polo Store have a 30-days return policy for products purchased at WWW. argentinapolostore. com. The return policy does not apply to sale or custom-made items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
<br/>If you need to return an item, please contact us to get a "Return Authorization Number" and receive return instructions for the item. All returned items will have to be shipped to our headquarters in Argentina unless otherwise indicated. Also, all shipping and handling charges must be paid in full prior to sending the item back to us. Please notice that packages with unpaid o pending postal charges and / or without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

<br/>Returned items must be shipped in their original product packaging, unused and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that have been damaged.

<br/>- Any items that have had the tags removed.
<br/>- Any items that have been washed.
<br/>- Any items that have stains, animal hair, food, or any other additions!
<br/>Please do not send non-eligible items for return / exchange to us as we will not authorize a return / exchange for them nor will we be able to send them back to you.
<br/>We will issue your refund upon receiving the returned item. You will receive an e-mail confirming the date in which the refund was made, the payment method and the amount credited to you. Refunds are issued within 21 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund payment will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of your purchase minus shipping and handling costs.
