We process old and scrap tyres and recover valuable resources such as recovered carbon black, pyrolysis oil and steel wire. Based on the ever increasing growth of the motor vehicle industry, both in Malaysia as well as worldwide, the scrap tyres available for recycling is generally expected to be at least 100 million tons per annum on a worldwide basis. Currently, only a small portion of these waste tyres are being recycled. While many methods of recycling adopted at the present time, including scrapped tyres shape transformation and decomposition through some inefficient burning process, we seek to recycle and convert the voluminous waste tyres into reusable materials efficiently. Currently, the pyrolysis market is still relatively untapped. Many of the production processes in Malaysia are not environmentally friendly. There are bigger players outside Malaysia and they are mainly concentrated in China. With the growing automobile industry in China and the Indian continent, the market for recycling of end of life tyres is enormous.
