The need for HDPE Monofilament yarn was very high all this years and with various applications Jayfil Industries felt the need to diversify. We started to cater the Fishing Net industry and later with increased demand met the needs of industrial market. <br />As on date we have grown from strength to strength with passage of time. We started off with Extruction Plant of R H Windser, the entire machinery is one among the four that R H Windser made here in India, to manufacture HDPE Monofilament Yarn. Later under diversification plan Jayfil Industries installed 8 looms to manufacture HDPE Synthetic Fabric locally known as Filter Fabric/Filter Mesh/Wire Mesh. <br />We have an installed capacity of 150MT per annum to manufacture HDPE Monofilament Yarn.In addition to this we have installed 8 Looms to get an output of 60MT per annum. <br />We manufacture HDPE Synthetic Fabric/ HDPE Filter Fabric/ HDPE Wire Mesh/ HDPE Agro-shed Nets (UV Stabelised) as per requirment of buyer.
