As manufacturer of the famous 2-component epoxy resin we distribute our Cordobond system throughout Europe. Next to the original application as pipe repair tool in combination with fibreglass-cloth that can be impregnated by brush with Cordobond, several other applications have been developed over the years. The cold-welding technique is a very frequently used option. Bonding can be created between several kinds of metals or other materials. The partly or total replacement of components that are no longer obtainable or not removable can be handled by moulding or pouring. As protection it can be directly applied in a very thick layer (minimum 300 micron). Strengthening then will take place by applying a matrix of fibreglass or Kevlar cloth.
