- About Us : INTRODUCTION ICSPL has specialised in the field of transformer requirement for the UPS and other electrical and electronics market. Various types of transformers manufactured are mentioned herein. Over a period Indo Coil Systems Pvt Limited have graduated to fulfill the evolving needs of the industry and provide customer-designed product even at a short notice. As part of our expansion we have also started CONTRACT MANUFACTURING FACILITIES in the field of power electronics. MANUFACTURING FACILITY ICSPL manufacturing unit is situated on NH-4 at a distance of about 30 kms from Bangalore on Bangalore-Mumbai high way. The plant is located on a 132000 sq. ft area with a built up area of 6300sq ft. We are linked with excellent communication facility like: e-mail, fax, telephone etc. FOR TRANSFORMER MANUFACTURING Our production facility consists of both conventional and CNC winding machines. Our Plant is also equipped with CNC Torrodial coil winding machines whose salient features as above. To meet the special requirement of varnishing, we have a 60-lt. capacity of vacuum impregnation chamber, which is provided with in-built heater for pre-heating the transformer and a digitally controlled oven for curing the varnished transformers. Strict process control is adopted to ensure proper impregnation and curing of the product. Data is maintained for reference. FOR POWER ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING We have well equipped assembly line, which is dedicated for assembly of various products. TESTING FACILITY We have well equipped electrical testing lab, which is efficiently handled by qualified engineers. MANPOWER Trained and highly quality conscious human power forms the backbone of this unit. Staffs are trained in their respective area of function and each department is a team and has one leader who plans, guides and work along with the team to ensure cost effective qualitative product. Thus to serve our customer better and further better. Our Planning, Quality, Production departments have qualified engineering graduates and diploma engineering candidates to lead and look after each department functions. Industrial training vocationally (ITI) qualified persons carry out the process at each stage. Design and development activities are carried out as per customers requirement headed by our Director. DESIGN CAPABILITY Our engineers are trained to absorb the latest technology and implement the same to the practical front to achieve the best results. Our designers are capable to handle design data of the transformers ranging from 1VA to 40 KVA. Our specialization is to design transformers based on the requirement of our customers both cost effective and product applicability. In power electronics our priority is for safety of the product and operation and we can absorb any technology for manufacturing the product. SOURCING FACILITY Our procurement team has wide knowledge about sourcing of material either from domestic or international arena. We have very good contacts outside our country for sourcing of raw materials. All our sourcing is done directly from the manufacturers of repute. PRODUCT MANUFACTURED Transformer in general has a wide area of application like in consumer electronics, industrial electronics, telecommunication and broadcasting equipment, strategic equipment (in Defense application), UPS industry, battery chargers and eliminators etc. We manufacture transformers for the above application. In power electronics our strength is in absorbing the requirements of the customer and providing the required products as per their specifications.
