Yarn: Yarn is brought from the best mills preferably from ISO 9002 certified companies Knitting: The in-house knitting division is equipped with latest machineries from Mayer & Cie that can produce jerseys, double jerseys, ribs, interlocks, pique, auto stripes, jacquards, terry and fleece. Fabrics we manufacture are 100% Cotton, 100% Poyester, Blends in Cotton/Polyester, Cotton/Viscose and Cotton/Elasthane (Spandex). We are specialized manufactuerers of all types of Cotton/Elasthane (Spandex) blended fabrics and maintain ready stock to supply. Dyeing: Imported soft-flow machines are used where color prediction and measurement are computerized. The machines can give uniform dyeing color fastness as required. Balloon padding after dyeing keeps the fabric soft and retains the shape and strength Finishing: Imported relax driers and tube-tex compacting machines are used to finish the fabric with perfection Our fabrics come with assured color fastness, internationally permitted shrinkage levels and dimensional stability and uniform dyeing.
