Since 1995 our company started to concentrate only its gearbox production as serial standard, economic and top quality. Between 1995 2000 the production has been done at its head office. In 2000 the biggest gearbox factory of Turkey has been established by our company Beylikduzu-Istanbul-Turkey. Now MERVE REDUKTOR produces vibrationless, high efficient, standard and serial products in its large 23. 000m integrated fully CNC plants, modern machines, transfer lines with its qualified staff with the planing and technical research activities. On the other hand MERVE REDUKTOR exports its products to various countries in EEC, USA, Middle East and Africa through distrubitors or directly with before sale and after sale services. Technical Research and Improvement Department This department of MERVE REDUKTOR, which is continuosly searching for better solutions for the products, which are in use and developing new products according to customers fast changing demands. This department is channing very fast itself as well because of the fast changes and improvement in CAD / CAM products. The Plaining Department The production line is controlled step by step by the qualified staff of planning department with the aid of computers. The production lines are arranged to optimise production and delivery times. Technical Support Department The first goal of MERVE REDUKTOR is to reach customer satisfaction. To be more helpful and to aid to the right selection of gearbox, before and after sales services given from our Technical Support Department. Quality Control The quality control department with its qualified staff, precision measuring systems and know how is our most important part of our plant and is the reason why our customer prefer us. In this department all the parts from various lots are measured before and during processes. This leads us to achieve continuos quality in our product and high customer satisfaction. By measuring every part in detail the goal is to achieve the same quality level for now and future. Continuous quality is the reason of customer preference. That makes us different.
