We process mainly Loin and Whole fish or HG.The loins are sealed in polythene bags, weighed labelled and packed inPolystyrene Boxes with ice. The gross weight of these is around 10 15Kg per box.The Whole Fish average upwards of 2Kg are processed and wrapped infoam like material and packed in Cardboard Boxes with ice. The grossweight of these is around 15Kg per box.Our products will always be accompanied by a health certificate issuedby Morocco Food and health Authority a histamine report prepared inaccordance with EU standards and any other necessary supportingdocuments.QualityOur Processing Factories are registered with the European Union andFDA The facility maintains stringent requirements set by EuropeanUnion directives complying with the EU preventive Hazard Analysis andCritical Control Point HACCP based regulations standards.Product DeliveryWe deliver the product to the nearest airport of customer location orany selected airport by customer.
