With this in mind we introduced a R&D department to keep us at the forefront of developments in our field. Huahai also has manufacturing and administration centres in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenyang allowing us to offer service and support in all areas. <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Our international and domestic marketing and service departments are here to assist in providing ongoing sales and technical, spare parts and service.<br><br>
