- About Us : It was in the early 1930's that the pioneering company 'ARSHABHARATH TEXTILES' was founded by SSR Textile Exports Late Grandfather Sri. Pothan Paithal, which later in 1952 merged into 'VIGHNARAJ TEXTILES' and we were actively involved in the manufacturing and trading of very many innovative items ranging from dress materials to home furnishings to made-ups. SSR TEXTILE EXPORTS, the third generation outfit has then an enviable track record spanning over seven decades. Company's production setup includes Yarn dyeing, Winding, Warping, Weaving, Stitching and Packing centers. Dyeing Our Dye house has capacity to handle 1000 Kg of yarn daily. Production is by traditional as well as mechanised methodes. Only VAT dyes and Azo-Free dyes are used. Colour matching is done using Lightbox and continuity card is maintained for batch to batch matching. We ensure international standards are achived in producing fast colours. Weaving Our Weaving Unit is equipped with Plain, Dobby and Jacquard looms. Plain and Dobby looms are capable to weave upto 120 inches finished fabric and Jacquard looms are capable to weave upto 90 inches finished fabric. The unit is equipped with necessary infrastructure to produce highly complicated Dobby designs and a variety of Jacquards. There is a separate wing for developing samples. Stitching SSR Textile Exports has its own tailoring and Made-ups division using specially devised machines along with its own designing and product development departments. It has a capacity of 220 sewing machines and 3 Cutting Machines. Packing The packing of finished goods is given special care to ensure that they reach the end user in perfect shape. Packing can be arranged as per the requirement of the customer on par with the best in the international market. Around 74 dedicated workers are employed in our packing section.
