<br/>The AK-TAS Tank Terminal located at Derince-Izmit was acquired in 1999. The terminal has many tanks with different capacities, special bonded warehouse status, direct access to sea and a safe offloading jetty. The terminal is covered by the International Shipping and Port Security Code(ISPS Code) agreement and with its secure automation and measuring systems, it is operating as one of the most important chemicals storage installations in Turkey.
