The fruits are selected and processed under the most rigid and controlled aseptic conditions and than the pulps are paced in bags and stored in steel drums. The industry has The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification in accordance with international specifications. <br /> <br />Coffees <br /> <br />We export two types of coffee: Gourmet and Organic Coffee. These types are produced in high elevation and it is the result of high-level standards, with the whole flavor and characteristics internationally recognized. <br /> <br />Organic Coffee 100% Arabica beans. Produced with the commitment to the practices of organic farming. The German Certifier BCS-OKO Garantie has certified this organic product, which are a guarantee that the method follows all the regulations for the production, labor, storage, processing, advertising and exportation of organic products. <br /> <br />Gourmet Coffee 100% Arabica beans. Our gourmet coffee is made from a blend of beans grown with care throughout.
