The horizontal solid steel bar is a ¾†in diameter faux rivet head Fredrick Jones Iron Workslded to give the authentic appearance of riveted construction which was the method of the 1700’s to 1800’s. The hand shaped scroll work is made of 3/16†solid steel with an embossed finish. The ends are hand forged, flared and curled. Metal banding joins the scroll work to give an authentic heritage appearance. All the joints behind the rivet heads and bands are welded to make an incredible structure that will last a lifetime.
