STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCT RANGE Gulsan gives big emphasis to quality in the stainless steel product range from the purchase of raw material to the ultimate phase of production.For the body and the lids of the pots and pans, AISI 304 grade 18/10 CrNi stainless steel is being used. This is the material used internationally that has the highest resistance to corrosion. The 18/10 CrNi steel does not get into reaction with alimentary products. It has a very long life, aesthetic, shiny, easy to clean and hygienic. For all of these reasons, stainless steel is the most preferred material worldwide for the cookware production.Besides the raw material, Gulsan concentrates on quality also during the production phase with a separate quality control system for each and every process.The machinery is the latest technology that enables high quality production also thanks to the experienced employees who have been with the company for a long time. NON-STICK Product Range Together with the quality of the material used for internal and external coating, the machinery, equipment and application method are equally important.Only with high technology machinery and advanced knowledge it is possible to obtain durable and good quality non-stick products. Companies that do not respect these prerequisites impose a risk on health and their products endure for a short time. Gulsan uses coating material approved by the EU and FDA and latest technology spray coating machines.Spray coating is the healthiest and most durable method used in cookware production. In this method, special washing techniques are used to clean the surface and make it ready for abrasion. After the abrasion, a multi-layer coat is applied on the surface by spraying which finally is hardened under the optimal temperature. With this method, the coating material adheres strongly to the surface which guarantees a long life span and rules out any possible negative influences regarding contact with alimentary products.In Gulsan, there is a detalied quality control system in every phase of the production which allows an eleveted level of quality of the end product. Besides, a very high attention is given to the purchase of all components making sure that they meet the internationally required standards for the non-stick cookware.
