Company Name : Import PolimersAbout Us : Terrachim 97 Ltd was established in 1997 by two companies Import Polymers Ltd and Plastform Ltd both already having good experience not only on the Bulgarian but also on the international market of polyethylene terephthalate/PET/containers. The co-owners of the company are: Michail Kostov, Snezhanka Mitkova, Dobrin Bayraktarov and Stoyan Stoyanov. The personnel of the company amounts to about 100 employees. Most of them are highly qualified young people. The workers involved in the production of performs Import Polimersre trained in Luxemburg. We are satisfied with the achievements of our company. We are proud that the preforms and bottles we produce comply with the European quality standards and meet the requirements of our Bulgarian and foreign clients. Furthermore, our aspiration is to constantly expand our activities by increasing our production capacity. All new customers are welcomed and we can assure them that they can rely on us. 'Terrachim 97' produces polyethylene terephthalate/PET/preforms and bottles. PET is gaining an increasing popularity as it has some major advantages: It does not break and tear It is light It is fully transparent It meets all the requirements towards the packaging of food products It could be recycled We perform completely no-waste production. Terrachim 97 produces two main types of PET preforms: PCO suitable for bottling both carbonated drinks and still liquids 30/25 suitable for bottling still liquids only We produce bottles with capacity of 100 ml to 5 l, designed for: Carbonated drinks Mineral water Juices Edible oils Cosmetics Pharmaceutical products Inspired by the great interest and growing demand, we gradually extend the production of preforms. The company has five HUSKY machines. Four of them are HUSKY Index, produced in 2001 2004. Our newest acquisition is HUSKY HYPET 300. Their overall production capacity is 1 200 000 preforms per day. For the production of bottles we use 7 automatic blowing machines ADS, KOSME and SIPA with 2 and 4 cavities. Their capacity is 10 million bottles per month. We also have 2 single step blowing machines ASB NISSEI for production of bottles of non-standard form largely applicable in cosmetics. We make injection moulds and blast-forms upon client's or our constructors' design The high quality of our production is assured by the on-going quality control performed by our Preforms Quality Control Laboratory. All the products are accompanied by a technical specification, endorsed by the Ministry of Health. Each batch of bottles for pharmaceutical purposes is accompanied by a Certificate for Microbiological Analysis. We have storage facilities in Sofia and Gabrovo. We ensure the products delivery to the location specified by the client. The articles are produced according to our specialists' design or following the client's ideas.
