We are a Korean manufacturer of fashion jewelry in Qingdao, China running over 7 years with the name of Neo Jewelry. And last year we built another factory to make Glass & Cubic Zirconia. Our company Briefs are as follows; 1) Factory Space: 5, 000 xxxxx total of our ownership.(1st Factory / 2nd Factory) Workers: 3 Korean & 6 Chinese staffs, and approx. 400 Chinese worker now. 2) Price. Since have worked with Claires, Avon, Walmart for low price items & Liz-claiborn, Monet, Napier, Carolee, Keneth cole for high price items in the States, whose prices are competitive. So we are used to source & make materials at good negotiation prices. 3) Quality control We do not set up QC system like ISO-9001 or something, but only control by ourselves according to each customers manual. Since we are working with High Brands(Dyberg & Kern) in Europe, our people are mostly quality- conscious. 4) Plating. We have Plating factory of our own. Have 15 barrels for gold, silver, copper plating. We can plate colors in uniform/even. 5) Samples We have a workshop with 2 designers and 20 sample makers in. In case we start to work with you, will reinforce additional new team for your samples, with those staffs who had experiences with your styles and productions. 6) Facility. We have : Plating facilities as mentioned. Cast facilities of tin-alloy, zinc, brass.
