This will facilitate close monitoring of product development and quality assurance through all phases of production. The ability of a factory to produce your garments at the optimum price is our greatest concern. Our database contains a long list of material suppliers to meet the demands of all manufactured products. We continually evaluate the qualifications of suppliers, so that buyers are fully aware of expected quality and conformity to individual and industry standards. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT We undertake product development at different factories to meet the buyer's requirements for standards, pattern check runs, pre-production samples and fabric development etc. PRODUCTION MONITORING The merchandising staff will monitor production right from sampling to shipment. In order to circumvent any potential problems and to ensure on-time delivery of the finished garment, the customer will be kept fully updated of the progress at every stage of the production cycle. QUALITY ASSURANCE Our quality controllers/ field inspectors will act as the "Eyes And The Ears Of The Customer". These field personnel will conduct inline and final inspection to ensure quality as specified by the customer. LOGISTICAL SUPPORT In liaison with shipping companies and airlines, our shipping department will be fully responsible for space booking, dispatching and monitoring shipments until they reach their final destination.
