Is a publicly listed company on the Bombay stockexchange. Our head office is in mumbai and our factories are located in silvassa & vapi which are about 4 hours drive from mumbai. We have also established a texturising, twisting & dyeing unit in cholama, Honduras (Central America) Which will be in commercial production by june of this year. In order to better describe our company products & activities I will Categorise into: A) textured twisted & dyed yarns of polyester & nylon (regular tenacity) B) flat twisted yarns of polyester (regular tenacity) C) high tenacity nylon 66 yarns. D) twisting of high tenacity yarns. A. textured twisted & dyed yarns of polyester & nylon (regular tenacity) : The core activity of sarla polyester ltd. Is the manufacture & export ofregular tenacity textured twisted yarns of polyester and nylon forapplications as sewing threads, narrow fabrics, socks, label weaving etc, With state of the art texturising and twisting equipments. We have our own dye-House dyeing over 10 tons of yarns daily. The common denier range for our textured polyester is 50 d, 75 d, 100 d & 150 d. We offer these in raw-white twisted as well as dyed in one to eight plyconstructions. We are most competitive in low twist products of polyester. An example is that we are the largest supplier of textured twisted yarns for sewing threads to coats Which as you are aware is the largest sewing thread company in the world. We supply to more than 15 worldwide country operations of coats ourpolyester textured twisted Yarns. These yarns are twisted to 80 to 120 tpm. We are also supplying these yarns to other world sewing thread majors asamerican & efrid, saha union etc. we are also supplying such low twist yarns to woven label weavers and as under thread (back yarn) for embroidery. Our polyester twisted yarns are supplied wound on paper cones or on aplastic dyeing tubes. In textured nylons 6 and 66 the common counts are 70 and 100 den. We supply dyed and twisted yarns (mostly 80 tpm) to socks and narrowfabric industries. We manufacture muff dyed yarns of nylon which have high crimp rigidity B. flat twisted yarns of polyester (regular tenacity) : we are also manufacturers of polyester flat twisted yarns for embroidery. The common counts is 120 d / 2 and 150 / 2 The 120 d / 2 is for instance twisted 535 / 535 tpm. We are also running special programs as cable twisting 150 / 2 with 150 / 1 ( equal to 450 / 3) for curtain Embroidery for Turkey. These are fairly recent activities. C. high tenacity nylon 66 yarns: We also have a high tenacity nylon manufacturing facility since last 2 Years. We have been manufacturing high tenacity nylon 6 yarns upto now and have Recently established manufacturing of high tenacity nylon 66 yarns. Presently, we are only manufacturing flat Bright 210 den / 34 f nylon 66 yarn and after a few months we may also manufacture finer deniers. The high tenacity yarns are manufactured with chips imported from investa. I would like to inform that this is a fairly small plant with production of 120 tons / month and by nextyear we plan to double this capacity. The current specifications are Bright nylon-66 210 / 34 lot no. 7211 Denier: 211. 0 Elongation: 21. 7% Breaking load 5 gms Tenacity 8. 04 gpd ( at 180 deg.
