Since established in 1995, we have introduced CADCAM integrated mould designing and manufacturing software for product molding, injection analysis, positioning gate, parting surface designing and designing drawings. Also CNC programming and numerical controlled machining is introduced in the whole manufacturing procedure, it shortened the designing and manufacturing cycle, and at the same time guaranteed the precision of the moulds. We introduced ISO9001 quality management system in our management. We employed several experienced mould designing engineer, also we have several experienced caliper operators.
