MACHINE FEATURES WEI LI has successfully implemented its clarified PP bottle production technique on both its MP and AP series. Even though the processing window of PP bottles is very small, our machines are able to deliver a very precise and stable reheating and blowing performance to make high quality PP bottles. Many manufacturers are reducing the costs of their blowing machines by using only iron air storage tanks. WEI LI is one of the few manufacturers who insist on investing and providing Stainless Steel Air Storage Tanks in their machines - one for high pressure and one for low pressure. These tanks help to ensure that the air entering into their German pneumatic components (e.g. FESTO, BURKERT, NORGREN, SCHNEIDER & SIEMENS) is free of water and rust. While most bottle manufacturers cannot solve the issue of visible parting/clamping lines on their bottles, WEI LI is able to avoid this problem by introducing Mechanical Locking Design and High-Pressure Back Up Design to its machines. Where most manufacturers focus only on the machine speed, WEI LI also facilitates the management of Energy Efficiency along with machine speed. In standard blowing machines, most of the preform heating zones are equipped with powerful ventilation fans to remove 40% of the heat. WEI LI machines speed up the preform heating process by making use of natural air flow in the heating zones thus making optimum use of the preform heating temperature. This design can help to effect long-term energy savings that can easily exceed the total cost of the machine.
